Donnas Palm: The best of these and a very consistent sort
over hurdles, winning his usual Grade 2 last season; In no way set to win when
left clear at Wexford latest and faces two or three decent sorts, so
interesting to see how he goes; The one to beat.
Last Instalment: Hugely impressive when cantering to easy
win in the Gigginstown House Stud Point To Point Championship (form worked out
since) and didn’t do badly over hurdles cosndiering, amiss when pulled up at
Punchestown; More to give after good debut win.
Spot The Boss: Not shown much in 4 starts since 2 year
absence.Four Commanders: Made several bold jumps on debut when
winning well at Down Royal, no surprise as he was always made for fences;
Should give things a bold show from out front although Rathlin looks the owners
first string.
VERDICT: Donnas Palm has a lot of potential for fences but
the same can be said of LAST INSTALMENT, taken to improve from his debut success
over fences when he pulled away along with another useful performer.
Gigginstown House have another strong hand with the interesting Four
Commanders.
