There ever crucial Christmas period starts in earnest today
and Tottenham can continue their charge for the top 4 with a victory over inform
Stoke. Andre Villas Boas’s side had a very sticky start to the season as the

crown (they are 11 points behind Barcelona and Atletico Madrid) and they could
find themselves slipping much further down the pecking order after a trip to
Malaga. The hosts record against Spain’s big two is appalling but Madrid have
won just the 4 away games this season and have just 13 points on the road. With
Malaga just the 5 points behind Madrid, the +1 Asian handicap – with Madrid
needing to win by 2 or more for the bet to lose - makes huge appeal considering that in the three away games they’ve
won, only two have been by two goals or more. Malaga are also a general 13/2 to win by a goal, which deserves serious attention for those
wanting to risk the win.
