Racing Today - Tuesday 10th August

Ffos Las
6.35 - If FORLESTANS MATCH (win) hadn’t drifted and was racing with White Moonstone on the favoured near side at Ascot, they would have been a lot closer and the form boost only betters that effort, so it will take a good one to beat her. Brevity has the best credentials.

Lingfield
2.30 - Sagamore shaped really well on his debut at Doncaster but that form hasn’t worked out well, and the same goes for Short Break, who didn’t seem to improve a lot from his debut to his second run. PILOTE CELEBRE´s (win) Chepstow form has worked out well and he is preferred to the other pair.

3.30 - Café Elecktric was a touch unlucky when waiting for a gap at Chepstow and looks capable of developing into a useful performer, while Deep South should go a lot better switched back to AW, but getting weight all round, PENNY’S PEARL (win) rates a major threat and can go well here, although the loss of Ryan Moore is a negative.

Newton Abbot

2.15 - TWO KISSES (win) hammered the opposition at Bangor 11 days ago and, with further improvement on the cards, she can go in again under a hefty penalty.

3.45 – Elite Land is better going this way than right handed and De Luain Gorm is in the form of his life at the evergreen age of 12, but this seem to have been the plan for CLASSIC SWAIN (win) for sometimes and Nicholls wouldn’t have it in if he didn’t think it could win off this current mark.
