There are any number of kickers one could consider for the
top pointscorer award in the Heineken Cup, a market that is much more selective
than the top tryscorer, with the latter stages so often decided by the boot
these days. With Zebre and Connacht at home to come in the pool stages and a
potential home quarter final on top of that, Saracens’s Owen Farell could get his
fill early and with his club looking likely to go far, he makes more appeal
than any of the market leaders.
